The story of Dougal Building Maintenance commences in 1982 when young Brian Dougal started a small company that began collaborating with Fred Perry Tuckpointing Service; performing tuckpointing, cleaning and restoration of masonry exteriors of residential and historical buildings on the North Shore.
A decade later, after Perry retired and closed up shop, Dougal Building Maintenance began widening its portfolio from small residential projects to complicated restoration jobs. Growing in experience and knowledge of preservation techniques and capabilities, Dougal continued to achieve superior results that assured him a reputation for quality workmanship and dedication to preserving properties’ beauty, structural integrity, and value.
Today, Dougal Building Maintenance has a significant track record of successfully completing numerous projects, and Brian still personally works with the team in all phases from planning through completion; never stopping to provide high-quality, timely and cost-effective solutions to his clients.
