Completed in 1917 and located in Chicago’s Hyde Park, Jackson Shore Apartments building Is an 11-story and 161 units co-op with a beautiful “cinematic” façade. Very fitting since its architects Rapp and Rapp were renowned designers of grand movie palaces, including the Chicago Theatre and Aurora’s Paramount Theatre.
Summary of Work
Project included critical façade examination, masonry repairs, lintel replacement, sealant replacement, tuckpointing, and chimney repairs.
